The Application Process
If You Are A Potential Franchisee
We have a simple 6-step process to quickly get you started;
Step 1.
Drop us an email to franchise@visitjourneys.com or give us a call on +44 (0) 207 231 4672 to request an information pack.
Step 2.
If you like what you see and would like to know more your are welcome to call us for an invitation to one of our open days.
Step 3.
If you still like what you see fill out a simple franchise application and return it to us. A fully refundable holding fee of £500 will be payable at this time, save only any expenditure made on your behalf with your agreement.
Step 4.
Normally at this point you will make a decision if you wish to proceed with the development of your Journeys hostel or interest in becoming a Journeys franchisee. For the former Journeys partners can assist you in the full development process and for the later, we will together start the process of finding you the right property for your proposed franchise.
Step 5.
Fully briefed and informed on the Journeys franchise, including taking legal advice from an independent lawyer of your choice, you make the decision to become a franchisee and pay a 10% deposit.
Step 6.
Formal approval of you application would be made by our directors who would want to meet you. On acceptance of your application you will be invited to sign the franchise agreement and book your training.

If you have, or are seeking to acquire a property suitable for a Journeys, this is the process:

If your property is acceptable we will seek to arrange a site visit subject to further discussions and agreements.
