We at Journeys offer a full range of support advice and have over the years build relationships with many specialists in the hostel industry that can help you open and operate your hostel successfully. The Journeys concept can be housed in a property of almost any size, in city centers, tourist/historic towns, university/major transport hubs.
If You Are a Potential Franchisee...
Our offer is for a five year franchise, renewable for
an unlimited number of five year periods without
the need to pay any further franchise fees so long as
you operate you business within the normal terms
of the franchise agreement.
A new franchise agreement may need to be signed
at the end of any five year period, to bring you into
line with the franchise agreement then offered. This
may incur some small legal costs only.
This offer today includes; the agreement, the start-
up package, training, and marketing support.
THE TOTAL CASH PRICE IS: £12,500 plus VAT.
ON-GOING COSTS
Paid weekly:
Management Service Fee
8% of turnover excluding vat
Marketing & Promotional fund*
2% of bed turnover excluding vat
System Fee:
1% of bed turnover excluding vat *Note this is a fund is ring fenced and held for use
only for this purpose
FRANCHISE LOANS
We have very good relations with three major high
street banks that have strong franchise experience.
They can offer loans of up to 70% of the cost of the franchise.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept major credit cards for all or part of any
fees. There is a 1.75% surcharge. Debit cards are
surcharge free.
